BOOKAPLACE began not as a big tech idea, but as a family project.

We’re a family of four who love travelling, holidays, and discovering new places to stay. Like many families, we spent countless hours searching for the perfect getaway — comparing options, sending messages, waiting for replies, and trying to confirm availability before spots were taken.

What should have been exciting often became time‑consuming and frustrating.

That experience is what inspired BOOKAPLACE.

How BOOKAPLACE started

After years of planning family getaways, we realised there was a gap:
booking a place shouldn’t feel like hard work.

Different platforms, unclear availability, endless WhatsApp messages, and slow confirmations made us wonder:
