For added peace of mind, the house is equipped with backup lighting, rechargeable portable lights, and gas equipment for use during load shedding or power outages.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

More than 1 month before check-in: 100% refund.
More than 1 week before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 1 week before check-in: 0% refund.
Pay 50% deposit upfront and balance when arriving at the property.

All tiled surfaces may become extremely slippery when wet.
Parents, guardians, or designated supervisors are responsible for supervising children, persons with disabilities, and anyone requiring assistance at all times, especially around the swimming pool.
Should you require a pool cover or safety net, please contact the owner upon arrival or arrange this prior to your stay.

Marloth Park is a unique wildlife conservation area where animals roam freely.
Some animals are accustomed to people and may even eat from your hand.
Please remember that all animals remain wild and can behave unpredictably.
Take special care around animals with horns, such as kudu, bushbuck, blue wildebeest, and other wildlife species.
Keep a safe distance from warthogs and all other animals.
Never tease, chase, or attempt to touch any wildlife.
